It’s finally here again – asparagus season! Enjoy the tender, freshly harvested spears, bursting with flavour and vitamins. Whether as a classic dish with hollandaise sauce, in a salad or as a creative asparagus dish, accompanied by a selection of light wines and a breathtaking view over the lake.
